CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or modify your appointment up to 12 hours before your appointment without charge. 

Cancelling with less than 12 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and you will be charged 50% of the service, unless you re-book for the same day.

Appointments booked within 12 hours of the appointment are still subject to the Cancellation Policy.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full price of the scheduled service.

15 MIN LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If you show up 15 or more minutes late there may not be time to do your service. Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service, even if there’s not enough time to complete the service in full.

RE-BOOK POLICY

You can re-book your appointment for a different time on the same day without charge.
